Guanylatcyklasaktiverande proteiner

Receptors, Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase-Activating Polypeptide
Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase-Activating Polypeptide (PACAP) Receptors refer to a type of G protein-coupled receptors that bind and respond to PACAP, a neuropeptide involved in various physiological functions such as regulating circadian rhythms, neurogenesis, and hormone release. There are two main types of PACAP receptors: PAC1 and VPAC1/VPAC2, which activate different intracellular signaling pathways upon binding to PACAP.

Receptors, Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase-Activating Polypeptide, Type I

Rod Cell Outer Segment
A "Rod Cell Outer Segment" is a specialized structure in the retina of the eye that contains stacks of disc-shaped membranes filled with photopigments, specifically rhodopsin. This region is primarily responsible for capturing and processing light, enabling vision in low-light conditions or at night.
