I have had a dry socket for about a week is it okay to sneeze now

I had the same thing for over a month and it was very painful. It wouldn't heal and close correctly without the blood clot. I finally returned to the dentist over it and they put a medication in it that amazingly caused it to start closing. Sneezing should be ok I would think. It just can't hardly heal.
