Dark colored specks coming out of skin? Not Morgellons...

Question

I am 42 with breast implants. I went to Brazil about 3 years ago and a few weeks after coming back to Michigan I began to feel biting and itching. Lesions appear anywhere from chin down. I have been checked for Leischmaniasis and it was negative. I have been getting dark specks coming out in the areas where the lesions are. Under a microscope they appear to look like bundles of fiber. I also work in the healthcare industry. Dr's seem to clueless as to what it is. They have even suggested that it's in my head. My boyfriend sees these things also so I know it is not dillusions. Does anyone have a clue what this could be?
