My PNS CT Scan!!!!

Hey! My PNS CT Scan shows that everything is fine except i have  bilateral maxillary sinusitis, more on the left. And another thing is written "Note is made of giant cisterna magna" what this means? Is this a problem or disease? Reply Please! I had this test because i am having FUO since 4 months every report seems normal.Even aspirin doesn't affect temperature. Please tell me about Giant Cisterna Magna?
