18 yr old male with Abd labs and CT. What do they mean?

Question

A week episode of fever, headache, night sweats, upper abd pain. Ct abd/pelvis shows enlarge liver and spleen with no lymph nodes enlarge. lab work is 80% lymphocytes, 16% neutrophils, 4% monocytes, 1.22 Abs seg neuts, Absolut lymphocytes 6.08, with atypical lymphs, wbc was low but now normal, rbc, hgb, hct are low.
