Question

can someone please help me ...m in so much pain for the last 7-8 months and no dr. is able to diagnose the problem with only blood test so finally i had my MRI done and it shows diffuse disc bulge causing thecal sac compression and bilateral foraminal nerve root compression seen at L4-L5 level. What does that mean? can anybody suggest since i cant stand on my right leg for more than 5 min and have weird feeling in my right leg with pain in lower back
