Can someone speak English regarding this MRI of my shoulder? I was dropped after an out-patient surgery and stayed in the hospital for 4 days as a result. There is a bursal sided defect in the supraspinatus tendon insertion. Additionally, there is fraying at the musculotendinous junction directly beneath the lateral aspect of the acromion process. There is a small tear involving the inferior aspect of the anterior labrum. The subacromial fat is effaced. There is fluid in the subacromial/subdeltoid bursa.
