There are 3 Types of Stress Hormone:
- Adrenaline
- Cortisol
- Norepinephrine
1. Take standard breaks and plan for no particular reason things to anticipate
2. Exercise and get outside
3. Don't (generally) tune in to other people
4. fast approaches to help dispose of the test pressure
5. Watch a film, a TV show or tune in to a web recording or comic that makes you snicker.
6. Drink some homegrown tea or hot cocoa. Hot beverages are known to mitigate the spirit (maintain a strategic distance from a lot of caffeine, however!).
These are some hacks or tips you can use to avoid these 3 Types of Stress, these tips are suggested by my family psychiatrists who help me a lot to deal with Stress.
