What is Anterior Synechiae od

Question

Hi,

I have had any eye trauma or pains or sensitive to bright light and the answer to all of that is no. 
I tried to Google this to see what it is but not much information online and I am concerned. She is referring me to a specialist but they are all closed until Monday now. Can anyone tell me what it is and what causes this. Any idea what to expect at the specialist appointment?

Please help.
