I have mild symmetrical disc bulg causing mass effect on my thecal sac at c4-5 what do I do help me

Question

I have mild symmetrical disc bulging at c4-5 causing mass effect on my thecal sac with central spinal canal stenosis canal measures at 9 mm
And in c5-6 there is central disc protrusion with left and right paracentral components central spinal canal measures at 7 and 8 mm consistent with central spinal canal stenosis
Also c6-7 central disc protrusion with left and right paracentral components with mild left neural foraminal encroachment  

Please help me understand this I don't understand it I don't please if anyone can help please
